• Non-refundable bookings or bookings cancelled outside the allowed cancellation window will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation by Travelating or Service Provider

• If a booking is cancelled by Travelating or the service provider due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the service and terms agreed upon.

4. Processing Time

• Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

• Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

• Booking fees, payment gateway charges, and other applicable taxes or service charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Force Majeure

• In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), refunds will be governed by the policy of the respective service provider.
